Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35
  • Orders under $35: shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Carriers

We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on your location and shipping option selected.


Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us at bbojany@gmail.com.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


International Shipping 

We currently do not ship internationally.

If international shipping is offered:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
